Why should you listen to me? I’ve been exactly where you are. I’ve tried doing high reps to get ripped. I’ve not eaten after 7 pm because I thought I’d gain fat. I’ve basically made every mistake imaginable.
I know exactly what you should avoid and what you should focus your attention on.
Below is a picture of me before I knew what I was doing. I was unhappy with my physique, and I wanted results. I followed the conventional advice to “eat clean” and to “cut out carbs” this was just a couple of the strange diets in which I tried. None of it was enjoyable or sustainable and it definitely didn’t give me the results I wanted.
Fast forward to now and this is what my physique looks like following a structured routine and implementing some basic fat loss and muscle building principles, such as, progressive overload and energy balance and tweaking them to get the desired result. which actually goes against conventional dieting and training methods.
I believe that anyone can learn and apply these principles.
I’m not showing you these pictures to feed my ego. I’m only showing you that I practice what I preach. Unlike many fitness gurus I’m only interested in results. And if that means going against the status quo then so be it.
It’s my mission to help as many people as I possibly can get in shape and make working out and eating healthily as habitual as brushing your teeth.
