How Gary Lost 21 Pounds And Increased His Whole-Body Strength

Meet Gary.

Since he started personal training with me he’s made epic progress. He’s lost 21.5 pounds and 2.25 inches off his waist.

He’s also increased his whole body strength.

To achieve this transformation.


* Ate in a sustainable calorie deficit.
* Ate enough protein.
* Resistance trained 3 times per week.

He didn’t:

* Give up his favourite foods.
* Make training and nutrition his life.
* Do agonizing amounts of cardio.

Gary has worked incredibly hard and I enjoyed training him.

Although gyms were shut Gary showed up week after week for outside Personal training.

Even when it was snowing.
