It’s very easy to stay up late browsing random videos on YouTube until the early hours of the morning.
I’ve certainly done it before.
But it’s not healthy.
What I find helpful is to not use your phone in bed at all.
This way you’ll be able to use your bed for what a bed is for, sleep.
And most of life’s problems can be alleviated by a good nights sleep.
Yet are made worse when you sleep poorly.
This piece of advice is almost so obvious that it’s trite.
But I don’t care, it’s effective, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s been said a million times before.
It’s true, so listen to it.
And watch your health and life change for the better.
Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.
